[Trailer] The Incredible Hulk

I watched the trailers online but finally got a chance to see the full-length trailer before Iron Man this past weekend.

I was surprised how much they showed Hulk and Abomination in the trailer. And overall, I thought the CGI was so-so at best, especially the close-ups. I think the problem is that so much CGI is required for Hulk and Abomination that it's really noticeable. The skin looks like rubber. Overall, Hulk doesn't really excite me at all.

The CGI doesn't look all that great. I'm left wondering how Roth's character didn't die after getting kicked like that.

All told, the trailer gives me little enthusiasm for the movie.

I watched the Ang Lee Hulk trailer after this one. Ang Lee's Hulk just looks better. Hopefully the new Hulk will be a better movie.

Not liking the special effects. You would think they would have fixed this by now. Is it really that hard to make a green guy?

I'm told that the CGI isn't complete yet, but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

It would have to try pretty hard to be worse... :(

Is it wise to make a trailer then? Maybe it would have been better to show only non-CGI scenes? (A single scene at the end where the Hulk appears might be okay...)
I think if a superhero movie can stand on its own even without focusing on the superhero/mutant and action scenes, it will probably be a good movie. I think that where also the strengths of Spiderman, Iron Man and Batman Begins.
