Turn/Rebuke Undead for all Clerics? But what about the deities it doesn't suit?

The subject line is kind of a give away to this thread's content. Turn/Rebuke Undead are good abilities for many deities to grant their clerics, but it really doesn't suit many gods. I'm looking for ideas for other abilities to replace it. Ideally, it would be something that worked in a similar fashion (scales with level, CHR based), but if it doesn't, I'm not fussed.

Someone thought of this already and did one heck of a great job on it. The Players Guide to KoK has many different powers that can be used instead of tunring udead.

Also, DotF has many feats that allow for other options. It'd be simple to remove turn undead and reaplce it with one of these feat abilities.

Thanks for the pointers Crothian, I'll take a look at those books next time I'm in my LGS. Could you give me a rough idea of what these abilities are (not rules, just a general description)?

They're things like give a damage bonus to an attack, give a save bonus vs spells, try to remove a disease or poison, and so on. Specifically, they're all the "divine" feats. Very nicely handled I thought.

In the Players guide to KoK 43 different options. Each takes one of your turning attempts that day. There's the ability to take 20 on intelligence or intelligence based skill checks, bonus to fire an arrow, and +20 sense motive checks to detect lies.

Well, not to be too self promoting, but the UMBRAGIA Volume IV: Liber Sacerdoti sneak peek shows some options... the book itself is not complete yet, but the ideas are there to show you what direction we are taking with the servants of the divine.
