TWF & Haste fix.

I simply give a hasted guy who fights with two weapons one additional attack at highest BAB for each hand.

IMHO that fits nicely with the common policy to have TWF twinks stronger during full attack actions, solves the discussion about two weapons of speed and helps me to sleep happily at night. Thank you.

Any comments from the small "TWF is broken" camp or the larger "Twohanded weapons are broken" camp?

I'm noticing lots of two-handed, power-attacking, high-strength fighting going on, and this would help encourage some variations...
