thank you for the literal response.......I was merely suggesting "why is a guy with a 7 str even learning how to use this weapon"

EDIT then again you knew my meaning when I posted the response so its my assumption that you were correcting me even when you knew my intent was questioning why such a small guy was using arguable the biggest weapon he could find... and nothing to do with the rules of profeiciency....

Seems completely straightforward and I'd have given the same answer Jdvn1 did, because your question doesn't read at all like what you now say it meant. You really need to reread your posts and use complete (and preferably correct) sentences.
