Two Weapon Fighting

Ok, i'm not sure i understand the rules for TWF, ITWF.....

I have a rogue, BAB 10, no strength bonus with the feats Ambi, TWF, ITWF, fighting with a light weapon in his off hand.

with one weapon he gets attacks at 10/5

so, with two weapons he gets attacks at
8 - primary (-2)
8 - secondary (-2)
3 - primary (-5 from primary)
3 - secondary (-5 from secondary)

OR
8 - primary (-2)
8 - secondary (-2)
3 - primary (-5 from secondary)
-2 - secondary (-5 from secondary and additional -5 from ITWF)?
