Two-weapong fighting and Sheild Bash - is this right?

So, I've got a fighter with the two weapon fighting and imp. shield bash feats. He get's on a full attack an attack with his sword at his BaB -4, and attack with his shield at BaB -4 and final attack with his sword at BaB -5 (assuming a level of 6th or above). On a standard attack he gets a sword attack and a sheild attack both at -4.

Is that right?

No you must use a full attack action to get multiple attacks (base one additional) from fighting with two weapons. AFAIK this is how it should work out.
Standard attack action - one attack at full BAB either Sword or Shield Bash
Full attack action TWF and using Light Shield and one-handed weapon or Heavy Shield and light weapon - all at attacks -2
Full attack action TWF and using Heavy Shield and one-handed weapon - all at attacks -4
Full attack action without TWF and using Light Shield and one-handed weapon or Heavy Shield and light weapon - Primary weapon (non-light weapon) -4 Off-hand weapon (light weapon) -8
Full attack action without TWF and using Heavy Shield and one-handed weapon - Primary weapon -6 Off-hand weapon -10

BAB +6 (with TWF)
Standard action +6 either weapon
Using Heavy Shield and light weapon or Light Shield and one-handed weapon
Full attack +4/-1 Primary weapon +4 Off-hand weapon
Full attack (with ITWF) +4/-1 Primary weapon +4/-1 Off-hand weapon
Using Heavy Shield and one-handed weapon

You take the TWF penalty on your second sword attack as well, so the total penalty there is -9, not -5.
