PS. And if you're wondering why I lament ... I would do a quick crunch effort to get it in before the deadline (college has taught me well ) but, alas, someone is borrowing my book right now. But, what can you do

From the official rules: "Entries must arrive at that address no later than December 31, 2003".

Since I considered following the rules to be a big part of the deal and I just sent it via Priority Mail today, is this something I am confused about or is a postmarked entry that arrives in the new year going to be accepted?
