D&D 5E Warlocks and Ray of Sickness

Anybody else notice that Ray of Sickness is a recommended spell for the Warlock quick build, but is not found under Warlock spells?

The errors people have found seems to be among the spell lists. Spells renamed, spells removed or left out, etc. Is Ray of Sickness in the book? If it is, is it available to any other class?

Ray of sickness is a 1st level necromancy spell. It appears on both the Sorcerer and Wizard lists.

I'm not really familiar with older editions, but it seems ray of sickness was also wiz/sorc back then too.
