Weapon Finesse Errata?

In Unearthed Arcanna, I see that the Sleeping Tiger style for monks (page 52) requires the monk to take Weapon Finesse as thier 1st level feat. Unless this character already has racial BAB or BAB from another class, this isn't possible by my PHB.

I know that many of the game designers have said that Weapon Finesse should have a +0 pre-req, but has it ever trickled down into the Errata?

Not that I am aware of. But in this circumstance, it isn't necessary. The UA monk fighting styles use the bonus feats that the PHB monk has, & these bonus feats do not require the monk to meet the prerequisites. UA just expands the limited choices of feats from which the PHB monk can select, then balances it by locking down the monk's future choices to a chain. So a monk that chooses a style that grants Improved Trip does not need Combat Expertise, while a monk that chooses a style that grants Weapon Finesse does not need a +1 BAB.

Your right. I was thinking that monks didn't get a 1st levle bonus feat, just a 2nd and 6th. I was assuming that they were forced to choose their 1st level feat with their normal feats.
