What 3e (& 3.5e) terms are you sick of?

I'm pretty sick of "Difficulty Class" because I'm too used to the concept being called the "Target Number" -- everytime I read "DC" I mentally change it to "TN".

Any character class being called worthless. Hell, it's about playing what you will have fun playing, not what is the most powerful. Hmmmm....wait.....maybe not..... I will have to get back to you on that. :D

OGL, OGC/Open Game Content, PI/Product Identity, d20 System License and SRD.

90% of the people who talk about these ad infinitum will never have to even worry about it, or have no reason to worry about it, myself most definitely included :)

Referring to the magic system as "Vancian." The same goes for "fire and forget." Nothing makes me want to pimp slap the acne of some faux-erudite gamer geek than those two terms.

While I'm at it, "Rule 0". Sure it makes for a great sound-bite, but as a constructive answer it's pablum.

Welcome to post-EverQuest roleplaying. That's where terms such as "broken" and "game balance" came from. I never heard these things in previous editions of the game.

Those terms get used much in Magic: The Addiction, um, I mean, Magic: The Gathering alot. I remember hearing them way before 3E or Everquest came along.
