Yes, but glitterdust also don't alter the fact he has total concealment. Glitterdust essentially works vs invisibility because it is giving the target a -40 to hide checks. In the middle of combat invisibility only gives a +20 to hide, so the foe is basically at -20 to hide while glitterdusted, but he could still hide (if he had something to hide behind.)there's nothing in Shadow Blend to say that these spells won't stick to them, just that they won't overcome the concealment factor.
As you said, glitterdust won't overcome the "concealment factor." Because the shadow creature still has total concealment, he can hide, and he can auto-succeed at that hide check, making the -40 to Hide irrelevant.
Faerie Fire I think might work, as it does mention that concealment doesn't work (except higher-level magical darkness effects). Depends if the Shadow Blend is a darkness effect or not. I can see a strong case for it not being one.
