So.... What did you do during the downtime while the server was upgraded?

With no EnWorld drawing my attention I had a rather productive weekend! Read some yesterday, worked on preparing for this weeks game, caught up on some other forum sites and finally got around to some painting around the house that I had been putting off for quite some time!

Most of my time was spent between random bored surfing and working on a bunch of art for my Story Hour(seeing as I couldn't update it)

I surfed the Wizard's boards a bit, reread the Silmarillion and dug my truck out of three feet of snow.

I checked here today a few times to see when it would come back up. Yesterday I was out of town working and didn't get home until almost midnight.

I went over to the Wizards boards and it just seemed so... juvenile. Is that just me, or have others noticed that?

I looked at Paizo's and Necromancer Games' boards. They are usually entertaining, but there was just not much going on. I even hopped over to Canonfire! for a bit.

Oh, and I read my newly acquired copy of Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil. Has anybody used this?

I spent the additional "fritter away the nasty cold day inside" time on Fark and eBay.

The vibe over there is different (in my opinion). I headed over there for only a minute or two before I decided to do other things. Here I feel like I get a variety of well informed opinions and for the most part people have the sense to agree to disagree after a little debating.

Not sure when it was being done.... but yesterday I had to work and then go to an all-day game despite the freezing mist outside. Stayed up for abt 23hrs. Today, caught up on sleep, sleeping abt 10 hrs to recover from that.
