Well, you see, I don't consider 4E to *be* D&D. When I posted my comment 3.5 was in the lead. As it should be.

Well, even if your opinion were true, and 4E wasn't "D&D," all editions before 3E still would be. I really can't expect a system out for half a year to beat out 30 years worth of D&D editions all on its own.

Voted for 3.5 online and live action, though 99% is now online, due to geography. We don't LARP, though.

Somehow, I'm guessing that very few here play D&D "live action". That means something a bit more active than most tabletop gaming.

I probably should have said "tabletop" or "pen & paper," but even those terms can be ambiguous so I guess I was damned if I did and damned if I didn't.

I am playing D&D 4e, the Living Forgotten Realms campaing (for now i have been in three adventures). And i hope to DM 4e Point of Light setting with some other friends.

A 4e campaign. LFR.

The 3.5 game and the alternating GURPS game, sadly, is moving to a day and time I won't be able to make on a regular basis.

I have no idea how to vote.

Currently playing? None. (i.e. Marvel Super Heroes)

Next D&D edition I plan to run? The c. 1981 Basic + Expert, which is post-1e.

Next D&D edition I expect to play? 3.5. (Separate options for 3.0 & 3.5 in this poll seems odd to me.)

I’m unsure whether my group will give 4e another try.
