Okay I have a bunch of DVDs that I haven't watched in a long time or haven't watched at all. I'm going to put it to a vote. What do you want me to watch next?

Movies I haven't watched yet:
The Exorcist
The Man Who Knew Too Much

I am going to make this multiple choice. The ones that come in at Top 5 will be the next 5 movies that I will watch.

The one starring Peter Lorre.
That's the 30s version, right? I've never seen it, just the 50s remake.

But I love Hitchhock more than I do The Exorcist.

What do you call it when an director remakes his own movie? An autoremake?

Beastmaster, because even low budget cheese can be edible
Dune, because of the sandworms, and all the great, brief supporting roles by people like Jose Ferrer, Jurgen Prochnow, Richard Jordan, Patrick Stewart, Max von Sydow, and the over-the-top portrayal of the Baron by Kenneth McMillan
Highlander, because it still outweighs all the abominable sequels and TV series, and because Clancy Brown doesn't do enough movies.
Innerspace, because it's funny as hell and Meg Ryan is INSANELY cute.
Princess Bride, because it's probably better (certainly more quotable) than everything else on the list conbined
Romancing the Stone, jungles, alligators, treasure maps, jewels, and Danny DeVito. What's not to like?
Starship Troopers, because it's a GREAT "Earth vs. the Aliens" gorefest that has so little connection to the original material it can be forgiven.
Superman, because anything with Gene Hackman is watchable.
Total Recall, because we all need to be reminded occasionally that once upon a time people still knew how to make fun, big-budget, special-effects-heavy summer blockbusters and we may never see those days again.

Princess Bride and The Exorcist, I reckon (going from good to not so good). Er, maybe the other way round, actually. Eh, whichever.

Princess Bride because yeah, it's good. The Exorcist so. . . well, you've seen it then.

I put five choices in since you are looking for a top five, I chose the five I would have watched. Since the poll results are visible, no point in listing all of them here... But, Cheech and Chong's Up In Smoke would be the top of my list.
