Damn obscure Star Wars references are usually my specialty but I have to admit that I haven't seen ESB in about 3-4 years. I'm rusty and must be punished. Time to bust out the VHS original trilogy widescreen version....

My top three guesses:

Changed the line from "Carie" to "Leah";
Changed silence to scream in Cloud City jump scene;
Change a Force Be With You line during x-wing loading scene (not sure if I got that one right).

In the original ESB, when R2 is spit out by the swamp critter, Luke tells him "You're lucky you don't taste very good."

In the SE, it's "You're lucky you got out of there."

I have never been able to fathom why that change was made.
