D&D 4E What will be your 4e setting?

Another vote for Greyhawk. There are things that I like about the Ravenloft campaign, but I will need to see what 4E does to the greater undead monsters before I start considering it.

I either want to do a campaign in the pre-history of Aquerra (called The Time Before), or I plan to do a similar idea with a Old Testament-based world of tribes of humanoids with unique gods, with the PCs being the only tribe of humans.

EDIT: That is, if I do 4E at all. . . Everyday I like the sound of it less. . .

Ptolus - a certain cosmological event in the campaign setting triggered its switch from 2e to 3e, and said event being reversed would be a perfect explanation of any changes necessitated by the edition switch to 4e.

Dragonlance, probably.

If you can make Dragonlance fit 4E without too much obvious forcing of either setting (which has established certain 1E game elements as Bovinae Sacrae) or system, I will be impressed. I won't start to like the setting again, but I'll be impressed. ;)

I'd probably go for a homebrew, like almost all of my campaigns since 1988. Really, though, I'm not sure I will run 4E, although it does sound interesting so far. I need to see the rules first before I make a final decision, so it's likely I'll have to wait until June next year before I know if it's a possibility at all.

With Regards,
Flynn
