Yes, you're right. It's automatic for all clerics. They just didn't list it on the character sheet under Class Features.

The human fighter is sword&board (bastard sword, actually), while the dwarf fighter uses a greataxe. I don't recognize the mini on the picture, but then I'm really bad at minis.

There will be minis supplied at the demo, IIRC.

Given this I'm guessing their showing off the customization options you have, since the two fighters are rather different.
