When do the books go to print?

Anybody know when all the books will need to go to print in order to be out by deadline? This whole process is really quite amazing for this edition; and to think that the 0ed boxed sets were folded and packed by hand...

Also, the RPGA is going to do some LFR preview scenarios in Feb right? SHouldn't the system be done by then?

Woudln't this potentially depend on where they're being printed?

While most of the material i nthe past has been in the old US, some of it (tiles/minis) has been done in China.

I imagine that the lead time woudl be greater in China.
