Where did this strange DM quote come from?

I found this quote in an old text document on my computer... I'm at a loss where I got it from. Anyone recognize it? It's mildy creepy...

"Fear not, my friends, for I am the elusive one known only as the Dungeon Master? Do you fear me? Do you fear my wrath? Do you fear the power I posses? "You should. Because I don't fear you," the old man says, pointing a gnarled finger in your direction. He looks up from the great tome before him with aged eyes, and grins a grin of evil. "Be forewarned, my child, for what I have in store for you would chill the hearts of demons themselves. Nothing can prevent your demise, nothing can stop your deaths, so now tell me, do you see promise in your ventures?" You look at him, with eyes that question everything he says? Your demise? Your not dead, at least not yet. And why would he proclaim your death even before you have started... "Because, my paranoid friend," he says having read your mind. "I am the Dungeon Master. You have spoken those words before, unknowing of the true power that laid behind them. Know now what powers I possess. Fear me, for I am fear itself. Fear me, for I know what all shall transpire."

It could be the beginning of some strange slashfic between Dungeon Master and Hank the Ranger from the Dungeons and Dragons tv show.
Great... Now I really need to chlorinate my brain. You really need to put a R18 warning when you come up with things like this...
