OK, Dark Sun is going to receive a 3.5 update in an upcoming Dragon (or is it Dungeon?). Spelljammer has received similar treatment. Which setting should get some (minimL) printed treamtment of some sort next?

Dragon mentioned that 318 will updated Oriental Adventurers.

For me, I can't really think of one off the top of my head.

I mean, a 3.5 update isn't going to do much for Greyhawk. It's the default setting and all the monsters, PrCs, etc... are pretty much adaptable to it.

Dragonlance? Done.

Ravenloft? Done.

Blackmoor? Coming soon.

Forgotten Realms? Done.

Darksun? Coming soon.

Planescape is a setting that would be very interesting to see but I'd be a little leery of it as the original was pretty good as it was. Same deal with Al-Qadim. I never got into Birthright but a 3.5 version with relams management that worked for any setting would grab my attention.

I know I've said it before, but Spelljammer! That mini-game from before was just not enough! I want real SJ, not SJ-Lite!

Al-Qadim was touched on in the last issue of Dragon Magazine, but it just wasn't enough. At least, not in the eyes of this hard core Forgotten Realms fan. For those of you who are not fully aware, Al-Qadim is the campaign name for the lands of Zakhara, which lies on the same continent of Faerun, beyond the lands of Kara-Tur. I know most of the voters went the way of Planescape, and I'm pretty sure your pleas will be answered in the Planar Handbook: A Player's Guide to the Planes. From what I kow of it, there will info on the City of Sigil, a small chapter on the factions, and also from what I hear, the Lady of Pain will be statted. I seriously hope that wizards will eventually publish core books for Kara-Tur, Zakhara and Maztica with supllemental softbacks following.

I'd have to side with the PS people here. GH never happen, an updated SJ may yet happen but seems to me with all this planar stuff coming down, PS is more likely.

Where did you hear this info from? About the Lady and other info about the Player's Guide to the Planes?
