Which d20 publishers offer the best free stuff?

Bastion by far is my favorite. Top class stuff, even full-length books, are hard to beat.

Mongoose has good stuff, but most is dependant on owning source material. Same with MEG (although, if you have MEG material, I recommend their stuff alongside Bastions), although they've a few non-related freebies as well.

Actually, it's been a few months since I went fishin' for kewl offers. Thanks for the memory kick...

I've been very pleased with Fantasy Flight's bonus material and previews for their Legends & Lairs books. I bought Spells & Spellcraft in large part on the strength of the free preview, and I've enjoyed having access to the "couldn't fit it into the book" stuff from the Monster's Handbook and Mythic Races.

Edit: copied in the wrong link somehow; it's been corrected.

jumping up and down, pitifully attempting to get your attention

We only have one freebie up, but I'm damn proud of my very own Portable Hole Full of Beer (this product contains no alcohol).

Sorry about that.

Just can't resist the need to pimp.

I enjoy Bastion's free stuff, especially that it is comprised almost entirely of entire small supplements. That's pretty sweet.

I also use the Quintessential character sheets from Mongoose (although I edit them in Acrobat... so we have "The Quintessential Chow", "The Quintessential Red Shirt" and "The Quintessential Party Bitch" sheets currently...)

EDIT: Go baby Go! Typo Inferno!

Did he mention that Portable Hole Full of Beer won an ENnie last year for best free d20 product? :)

All Nat20 offers for free are issues of Asgard magazine, plus I think we have the drinking and alcohol rules from Tournaments, Fairs, & Taverns up on the website somewhere.

You're not very good at it... you forgot that you have a cool demo of Everyone Else for free download from RPGNow...

One day, maybe, in the far, far, future, after I've been awoken from cryogenic freezing, I will eventually get around to sending you that bloody money order...

That probably has a lot to do with my personal opinion on what constitutes a free product.

I don't consider a page-spread from a product to be a "freebie". It's just promotional material unless it uncludes material not in the actual product.

Speaking of which, I should really extract a page spread from several other product in order to promote the product on-line via RPGnow.

I'll start a thread about that RIGHT NOW in the Publisher's forum.

Edit: Thread is here: http://enworld.cyberstreet.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40393

[repeating myself] Bastion's Free stuff is great[/repeat]

That Ink and Quill supplement is a massive free product (65 pages!) and full of goodies. I can understand why they aren't selling it, it probably wouldn't be very popular. It looks very good though. I wonder if they orignally planed to sell that one and decided it wasn't marketable?
