In one of Moorcock’s Corum books, Corum visits a world dominated completely by Chaos. It’s simply bleak nothingness. It’s as much stasis as a world dominated by Law.
That is stupid as it should be antithetical to stasis by have endless existence, exploding constantly, a sensory overload hell of total pointlessness.
With perfect law being black nothingness
