D&D General Which edition of D&D are you currently interested in?

I am interested in the edition I get to play.

This is pretty accurate for me. I play what the people with whom I play want to play. The edition is a lot less important than actually playing the game.

And, specifically, I am the main GM for my group. I don't get to play as often as I'd like. None of the editions is crappy, so if a good GM and group asks me to join up, any edition will be fine!

Currently 5E but thinking more OSR. Level 8 atm but it's getting less fun to run so might wrap it up in a month or so.

The encounter rules suck and the healing means steamroll or WW1 attrition.

My favorites are BECM and 5E, but you could twist my arm and I'd vote for 3.5E also. All of the chatter about "rules complexity" in another thread has got me jonesing for some Pathfinder.

6e? I don't see myself buying another edition of D&D. 5e is pretty much what I wanted when they announced the 3e of D&D. I got what I wanted.

I'm enjoying 5e but if someone was interested in playing basic or 2e I'd be all for it. The basic rules cyclopedia is still one of my favourite books.
