Then would not OTHER be correct for you, then?

I don't know. Whatever movie has lots of me making up stuff as I go along, lots of plot holes, lots of interesting things that are started and then dropped along the way, ending with the sudden inexplicable death of all of the major characters .... that's the one.

We have many styles fighting for supremacy. The Barbarian is a real big power gamer. He is Conan. He has spread sheets with all his bonus for each weapon, while raging, without raging, after raging. He uses more sheets of paper then the other 3 PCs combined.

The monk plays quiet like. He's more of a Predator. He like combat, but on his level.

The Druid. The Druid is just there for fun. He really enjoys gaming. I'd say his movie is Big Trouble in Little China. He never quite knows what's going on, but he's having fun.

The Bard, me. I'm more of the role player in the group. I'd go with American Psycho. I act normal, but the character is really that evil.

The GM: He's trying to run Lord of the Rings. Big and epic. He has it all divided into chapters and it's very book like. It's cool, but we cut through most of the flashy stuff and only go for the meat.

I'd say Plan 9 for m Outer Space. Lots of things going on in that movie that makes no sense.

Hawk the Slayer!

edit: oh, and a light seasoning of "Hawk: The Slayer" has been added for some extra kick... :)

YES! Hawk the Slayer is the perfect D&D adventure movie. That elf with the bow is awesome! But it's a terrible movie ...

Krull is my vote.

We have a Ladyhawke/Lord of the Rings mix with a few of my own Labyrinth-streaks coming in...

I try to have more LotR, and would LOVE to have a Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon campaign, but I doubt it's possible.

Even so, one of my players would love to have Conan, so occasionally I satisfy him, too...

Berandor

13th Warrior all the way, 100%.

Constant unending fighting for survival. Just when you think it's over and you've won, turns out you're boned and you're all going to die.

I disagree -- Hawk was a 'B' movie, to be sure, but it was highly entertaining. Thus, a far cry from being a terrible movie.

Plus, check out the reviews it gets here: http://www.badmovies.org/

Its definitely closest to the Brendan Frasier Mummy and Mummy Returns. Just that cinematic, high-end, non-stop, century-spanning kind of stuff.
