Winter Ball of some sort?

I remember last year that the Tavern had some form of Winter occasion/ball/dance/whathaveyou. Shall we do it again this year? Maybe an ISRP Yule party or something? Just an idea...

Locations that I might suggest:

The Cage
The Garden (tricky use of endure elements, dancing lights, and ghost sound)
The CRT


I'll even make cracker bread elves for the thing, if that is something other patrons want

The Ball Room is for things like this. We need a theme and a date and time and food and decerations!

I think most would prefer a ball in the CRT's Ballroom or the Rotunda's Pegasus ballroom, to one at the Cage.

Therefore, up to Siani or Nashira. If patrons want to do the honours of putting it together with descriptions and such, that's probably fine but you'd still need their approval. The main point would be having someone there "in charge". Of course, if you're willing to take full responsibility for it, you could also put it on in Carpe DM or Ahoy! Adventure.

The area is filled with the spectacle of twinkling dancing lights, filling even the darkest corner with its holiday cheer. With an unworldly chorus singing, ghostly in its sound, filling the hall with its own twist to the eve. Hanging from beams and posts are wreaths and tassel, with a few springs of holly and mistletoe set in different locations…

Bah humbug, and have the three ghosts visit you if you say anything kind about this early gift of the season!

I've never played in a Ball before, though I only knew about the site for less than a year...yes I am a noob...*nods in utter defeat* but I think a Ball would be a fun idea.
