Wizards: Need more Constitution-affected powers.

I want to see someone build a half-elf or dwarven (!) wizard, so that they can get that tasty staff action going.

No way, man. You want a Githyanki staff wizard. Bonus to Con and Int, plus a racial ability comparable to the Jump Utility.

But, noob, I reply, Don't Hit Me Stick gives you +1 AC to start... and then as immediate interrupt, you'd get +3, giving you the same AC bonus.

Also note that Shield only helps Reflex and AC attacks. Staff helps against any defense. that makes the staff more versatile.
