Honestly, there might be legal reasons not to have foreign playtesters. If you break an NDA, it's much harder to prosecute in a foreign country.
Only in Quebec.

This is literally true for Canada, as Quebec uses a different civil law.

I'm in the UK, and I'd love to be involved in playtesting 4e.

I suspect the feedback I'd be able to provide might not be the most helpful however, as while I'm quite excited by 4e, the rest of my gaming group aren't.

That said, if feedback delivered with helpful comments like '4E is the suxxorz', 'I hate 4e', 'I'll just stay with 3.5 - forever' and '4e is the broken' would help then sign me up :)

Well, it would be contract law, so I doubt it matters whether you're talking about Quebec's civil law or the rest of the country's common law. The big problem is jurisdiction, I think.

Of course, IANAL.

Sorry, Blarg, but you're doomed. you only way to get rid of that it is to go into a conutry that doesn't accept teh double nationality, take the new nationality and lose your actual nationality.

For my part, I'm Québécois, so I'm quite well with myself.
