Half the party are DM-run Mary Sues, around whom the plot completely revolves around. The PCs are there solely as hangers-on to witness their awesomeness and to make periodic dice rolls during combat (obviously to protect their more precious compatriots).
(It's fun to try to work this weird non-protagonist campaign out)

No one's butt hurt, its just that one of FR's big failings is its NPCs of stupidly large stats. Like Zaknafein here
So therefore given that's a well known issue of FR, folks'll point out "This is an issue."

Ok, so the numbers don't quite add-up (Con 12 instead of 16, Wis 10 instead of 12), and the headband thing is cheesy as heck, but the Str 20/Dex 22 part doesn't seem to be out of reach of a 16th level character, despite the public outcry.
[edit] Standing Leap ability looks like the Athlete feat (kind-of) put in a NPC template, which gives +1 Dex (or +1 Str, feel free to invert starting Str and Dex)
[edit2] The build works if you start with an array of 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, which I've seen (and used) many times. So again, very similar to many home games' 16th level character.
