I like the idea of critical hits dealing constitution damage. If you wanna be really nasty you could have a critical hit do normaly damage, then 2d6, rolled like percentile. First d6 shows which stat is damaged, second d6 shows by how much.
1. Str = cut muscle or some other type of wound that would weaken someone.
2. Con = A nasty wound to the chest, or something that would weaken someone.
3. Dex = A broken finger or some other type of dex related part
4. Int = A blow to the head possibly causing brain damage
5. Wis = See 4. Int.
6 Chr = Temporary, yet disfiguring, damage to the face.
Like any stat damage this comes back at a normal rate of one per day.
