Of the recent titles I've read a bit of Grant Morrison's New X-Men and Peter Milliagans X-Force/X-Statix.
I liked the New X-Men well enough, but I wanted more from Morrison, who is hands down one of my favorite writers {though he frequently disappoints...}
And I though X-Statix was brilliant, at least the early stuff. It had my favorite line in comics since Frank Miller had the Joker lining dead bodies up "like the June Taylor dancers".
New, for-profit corporate X-Force member to Cannonball "Oh yeah? If the X-Force was so important to you, why didn't you trademark it!"
