D&D 5E You find a magical _____, it does _____

Chander's Rubber Ball: When held above your head and squeezed, the rubber of the ball expands and flows around you, allowing you to safely fall or bounce down any slope or drop. You could travel down a mountain side, falling off cliffs and bouncing off boulders, allowing a quick and safe trip to the bottom.

Coaster of Flowery Thirst:

When blood from a sentient creature is poured onto this coaster, it grows dragonfly wings and flies into the air in unerring search of the creature from when the blood came, if the creature is within 100 miles of the coaster's current location. Otherwise the coaster remains inert. If the creature comes within line of sight of the coaster while it is animated, the flower extends from the coaster like a proboscis and it attacks like a stirge.

Countermeasures against Scrying protect also against detection by the Coaster of Flowery Thirst.

Next: the mummified shrunken head of a wide-eyed child-sized humanoid.

Howling Skull: When placed in a container and activated with a command word this frightful bauble will make terrific, blood-curdling howls (audible for up to 300') for a minute if the container is opened again without first speaking the command word. The head is fully animated during this period, with the eyes darting about and mouth blaring. It has an AC of 14 and 12hp, which regenerate 1 per minute unless destroyed.

Next Item: A gnome-crafted pewter snuffbox covered in small mystical symbols.

Snuffbox of Odor Intensity

When you inhale a pinch of snuff that has been stored in this box, you find that your sense of smell has been sharply enhanced, enabling you to discern even the faintest presences and undertones of nearby objects and creatures. For one hour you have advantage on perception and investigation skills where smell might be applied, and you may track creatures by their odor if they were in the area with half a day. You may only benefit from the snuffbox once per day.

Weird Candle
When the candle is lit, it only illuminates areas where it should be casting a shadow and nowhere else. For example, if you hold up your hand in front of it you can see the candle light through your hand, but if you take your hand way you can't see the candle flame at all. Useful for revealing invisible monsters.

Next item: A wooden box about 1ft across. It looks normal from the outside but if you open the lid and look inside, it appears to be bottomless.

The Rat Queen's Spyhole
When this box is placed on a worked surface, such as a door, wall, or chest, you may open the lid of the box to see what is on the other side.

Next item: A small tree, potted in a glass vase.

Tree of midnight munchees. Every night at midnight this tree produces enough fruit to satisfy a hunger craving. The type of fruit changes every day and is random. If not eaten by sunrise the fruit shrivels and drops of the tree, becoming inedible.

Next Item: An Obsidian Piton

When hammered into a solid surface using a wooden mallet this piton will support any load that the surface can handle, weather perpendicular or parallel to the direction the piton is hammered in. It can only be removed by tapping it with the same mallet that hammered it in.

If placed on the ground and struck with a metal mallet, the piton grows into a 30' high 20' diameter, immovable cone. With a flat top large enough for four medium creatures. Using the piton in this manner consumes the piton.

A bent and cracked lance

This lance was used by <insert hero name here> when he defeated the evil <insert villain name here> in a jousting tournament. If repaired by a weaponsmith at a cost of 8gp it will be usable as a normal lance but it is sentient and will sing heroic songs whenever its wielder's mount uses its Dash action.

Next item: A plumed helmet
