You know you need to play D&D when...

Hey! I do that anyway. I got in the habit back when I played Warhammer Quest and just continued doing it with D&D. After all, I don't have a group right now and my fiancee doens't play, so that's my only option.

I tend to start creating character's for use in my campaign when I'm in need of a gaming fix, or more rarely work on a more productive aspect of the campaign, than an NPC who most likely will never see any use in the campaign.

Hehehe... when I was in high school I ran entire modules for myself when I had nobody around to play with!

Damn I'm a geek...

Could you give me some tips? Cause I am not sure how to do it. :(

I dont have the PHB or DMG available right now either. :(

I've run entire modules for my boyfriend before- with him controlling 4 pcs.

He likes to roll and stat out new characters for no reason other than for the fun of it. We have a *lot* of character sheets lying around the house that will more than likely never see the game table.

But usually I get my D&D fix doing work on my campaign as I'm usually a DM. And occasionally actually reading the many pdfs I buy.

Ellie.
