This game is indeed a trip. First thing I did was cross the streams :) I love getting the ghosts and trapping them, good fun. I agree about the difficulty, but as I am just enjoying the story I turned it down a notch to be more enjoyable. A good, fun game. And a breath of fresh air.

Never say never about the microphone! I was of the same mindset when I first started playing, but it is fun to sing some of the songs from time to time. Especially the more outrageous ones.

In order for a 4E game to work, it would have to be something really, really special. As it is, 4E is a pen and paper MMO. I can play lots of different 4E style games with almost any MMO. It will be trickey to get a standalone game to work, and sell.

This episode is my favorite so far. I could take or leave some of the other ones, but this one had me at the edge of my seat all night. Great tv. Before this ep, if the show got cancelled, I would have been ok with it; moved on. Now, I really need to know what's going on!

I've now moved onto Left 4 Dead (360). I don't like zombie games. I don't like paying for xbox live. But, this game is just a ridiculous amount of fun playing with other people. Everyone yelling and freaking out as you are getting overwhelmed by zombies. Great, great fun.

I dunno, the squid seemed just off the wall enough to work. Unite against an otherworldly threat. If what they say is true for the new ending, it lacks that level of urgency for unification.

There is a scene in the trailer (a Dr. Manhattan looking blast in a city, NYC?) that makes me think they're going a different route from the graphic novel...
