Can't you simply use wiki character page? It should hold all the relevant details, no? Of course, having work issues is different.

@dimsdale, I'll have to go back and check, but I think you had Lerrick come into the Hanged Man when people started posting. Nice to have you back, by the way. Lerrick can tell Joy is sick btw. Could be your lead in.
