On the off chance that a slot opens up I would like to propose the following... Man I'm ticked I didn't spot this earlier! Ah well c'est la vie.
Halford Daern
Halford is a charming egomaniac with as much common sense as the average boot. He tends to view the world as his stage and acts accordingly - sometimes he even gets away with it. Despite all of this in Halford's delusions he is a hero ever ready to save damsels in distress and slay dragons, etc. Described by many irked aquaintences as infuriatingly likeable.

I would also add the following if flaws and traits were allowed from the SRD - I don't feel they render the character overly powerful, but undestand a great many DMs dislike them.
Flaw: Inattentive - 4 penalty to Spot and Listen, afterall the world should be paying attention to Halford not the other way round! Use to add Skill focus Bluff.

Polite = +1 Diplomacy, -2 Intimidate
