OOC Thread - haven't seen these in a while. Good start, MadAzolin.

Lilli's jumping is more than a little fuelled by the relief that Lerrick appears to be back unharmed and that the big scary looking half-orc appears to know Dina.

Anyway, she recovers her composure, "So, er, hope you're alright, Lerrick? What happened? You had me worried!"

"Ahem, right then, I'm Lilli (it is actually pronounced Lilli, not Lilly). Interested in investigation of lost lore and eldritch powers? Over here I guess," she smiles.

"Yeash, poor old Igor is such a grouch, Lotte."

A ghostly green spider clinging to Lilli chirps, apparently in agreement.

Dina also examines the note and shares a bit of a chuckle at Lilli's remark having caught on herself to the hidden meaning.

"Well, Lilli, I'm willing to come, but you must realize that if this is IAC work, you may not wish to have me. As I may have already told you, Mireva has charged me with cataloging a lifetime's worth of experience so that the entirety of it is published in the Great Library. I am well aware that the IAC likes to keep its dealings secret, but I simply cannot defy Mireva. If you take me, then everything I observe will become public knowledge."

OOC: Dina is certainly willing to come and sounds like she is well suited to the adventure other than the fact that her character hook does not allow her to keep private anything the IAC would wish unknown.

OOC: Martelai published some works for the temple...there are three versions of his book, one for IAC (full, his opinions, considerations and impressions), one for Mireva's temple (scientific work on The Overmind) and public (not too much details, but full account of the events) - IAC is not really secret about it's knowledge, but there ARE some things better left unknown (for example lich potion formula ) - we know best, of course.

Kane snorts a laugh as he reads the note. He makes his way over to Lilly still chuckling away to himself. "Here f-for g-g-gru ... ugly d-death."

Dull echo of Igor's clapping echoes the inn - "what a merry bunch we have here... and so many of you too". Creature straightens itself, likely in attempt to appear taller, spits and clears his throat - "as we obviously have too many candidates here for IAC to provide proper payment and burial arrangements for, I was authorized by our glorious leadership to select volunteers".
Igor turns toward Martelai Luinil - "you got selected by our glorious leader, so no passing this one. Burial is not on me however"
After another ale and staring around for a while, he points at Lilli - "someone recommended you... once, don't remember who or when, but you are in".
His oversized finger, obviously out of place on his hand follows toward Vermitrax - "when faced with necromancers and non necromancers, Igor always selects necromancer, burial is on me".
Clutching his head, he turns around few more times, finally facing Kane - "I would say we need your magic, but unfortunately we don't, we need your sword".... "one, two, three... four... more, few more"...
Igor grabs handful of dice and rolls them. Facing toward merry group, he points toward Lerrick - "not to sound ungrateful, but you know how it goes... we need someone to keep our soon to be dead buddies slightly less dead and I am afraid you are only one that qualified here". Grinning like a idiot, he looks at Cyr Iannes - "last but not the least".

"Cmon wench, round for everyone... no, not everyone, just me and rest of group here..."

OOC: Considering we have too many candidates, I will be taking six for adventure, so sorry to anyone who doesn't get in: - @Son of Meepo : it seems character hook for Dina is slightly problematic, so I am keeping you as reserve - @WEContact : sry, but someone always get a short end of stick, and I am under feeling you prefer to play with Dina, so putting you into reserve as well.
