What exactly does having proficiency in Int Saves do for you? Are there any Int saves? Much to my suprise, most of the Illusion spells I've seen are Wis Saves.

You roll sneak attack dice twice on a crit. Oh my.

I haven't read it all yet but that one made my jaw drop too. I'm willing to try playing with the rule, however.

It would certainly allow high level rogues to insta-kill high level oppenents.

Rogues are no longer immune to sneak attacks, which makes sense to me. I prefer this version of uncanny dodge.

The adventurer's packs are great, but would be even better if the entry mentioned how much they weighh.

Personally am not surprised that illusion saves as wisdom based, that's what I expected.

I'm speaking entirely from memory, but I believe an example for things that require int saves were things that attack the brain, like a save vs a feeble mind spell. With that basis as the given example, we'll probably see more int saves versus some psychic effects from monsters and psionic brain attacks

Something that made me go "what?!" was seeing every demihuman get +2/+1 to ability scores but mountain dwarves get +2/+2. I couldn't figure out the reasoning.

The sleep spell is interesting in that it now, like the Power Word spells, requires the PC to somehow guess what the enemy's hp are at a particular time, and thus when to risk casting it. How good is the DMs poker face (for one kind of DM) or descriptive powers (for another kind of DM)? Mind you, a third kind of DM might just tell you your enemy's hp.

Welp, the one I just found is that silence is no longer mobile. Can't, for example, cast it on a stone to throw at enemy spellcasters or directly cast it on someone (such as the rogue) so it moves with them. It has a static area.
