In the Amazon thread there was some (brief) discussion of the player demographics and I thought it would be interesting to see the breakdown for tables that frequent Enworld.
Myself, I feel lucky that I have a 50/50 gender split at my table.
Currently both the games I run we are all women, and it's so refreshing. I'm not opposed to the idea of having non-women at my table, but i'd be lying if i said the bar isn't higher than it was for them now.
My table fluctuates back and forth; my current table leans more male-identified but my most recent past table was almost entirely female/non-binary.
I recently ran a series of lunch-hour one-shots using various PbtA games at my work and I ended up getting a lot more interest from women than from men.
