No flips for you!
A friend of mine brought up an interesting point. If the child is supposed to be 50 years old and Yoda was 900 years when he died... how do those ages make any sense? So did Yoda die really young? Because he implied that he was old, and he died of old age.
Divide by 10 and reconsider.

so if you listen closely to the audio cue that happens when mystery feet show up and then listen to Fett entering this scene ....

So is it actually Boba Fett (whom survived the Sarlacc pit), or someone you found similar armour after it was spat out of the Sarlacc as being unedible.
It's more than likely misdirection since Favreau has specifically said Boba Fett won't appear in The Mandalorian. "Boba Fett is not, they're all new original characters," Favreau told Good Morning America. "There's a thirty-year stretch of story time that hasn't been explored at all except in the extended universe."

So,it could be Giancarlo Esposito's Moff Gideon.

I see what you mean, but it still does not feel right to me. Just because a species gets very very old, would that automatically mean it needs an equal multitude of time to mature as well? That just feels off.
Not automatically, but it’s also entirely possible.

Thing is, part of why humans are as smart as we are is how long our development lasts. We spend years letting our brains cook while we learn things.

The idea may well be that yoda’s species is similar, but with a much greater lifespan and development period.

It might not even be a Yoda species, but instead a related or similar one. Yoda and the female Yoda on the Jedi Council both had eyes with pupils, not black orbs. Maybe eyes will develop later or maybe it's not exactly a Yoda.

I sure hope it's not Boba Fett. I know there's some extended universe stuff where he some how makes it out of the Sarlacc Pit and survives. But to me that always seemed like a desperate attempt to keep a fan favorite alive, despite him clearly dying.

I also think after seeing so many other Mandalorians in an earlier episode, that a reveal of Boba Fett would be kind of unremarkable.

I'm starting to think it's the same show every week..... And episode five made me wonder if I'm actually liking it or not. I don't think having a show with one character is sustainable. If it is just him doing a mini quest every week, my wife's words which are accurate, I won't watch long.
