I've got some bad news for you, Sunshine. Neither of those traps the wizard's soul, so the clone's gonna wake up.

Disintegrate spell
"The creature can be restored to life only by means of a true resurrection or a wish spell"
Finger of Death Spell.
The Wizard is now a zombie permanently under Sorcerer's control. It soul isn't free.
All those demigods spend their lives isolated just sitting around half asleep, maniacally setting up defensive measures against an attack that will never come because nobody cares about the sorcerer as it just stays at home surrounded by a bunch of conjured minions that, were it not for the magic that forces them to, would not be there with the sorcerers, not to say the mindless drones of the magen, little more than sock puppets with legs, and never being able to venture further than a stone's throw from home.
An existance soaked in anxiety and stupor, alone, isolated, friendless, joyless and forgotten. Whatever the world did to the 20th level Sorcerer to make them like that, I believe the world has already won.

I will not bother to point out that a 20th level Abjuration Wizard is resistant to spell damage and has advantage on saves versus spells, but whatever you guys want

I somehow rhink Hohige didn't get the irony...
I am still dubious on spellcasting from hiding... If this was the case every spellcaster with contingency would cast a light cantrip on five spots on their staff so they would immedietaly notice a dispel magic attempt against them. I dare say we don't see many people holding bright staffs so it isn't the majority opinion. But it is, then there is no reason not to and casting dispel magic on the mage would just trigget the visual clue of a magical attack (and make wizard even more quirky, which is why we love them so much).
Anyway it still doesn't follow. Even if you could still be unseen (which you could simply have done by caster Greater Invisibility like any real spellcaster) after the casting the spell, Alfred could still Demiplane away from the inside of the wall.

Read the clone spell. It's not restoring the same creature to life.

The Wizard dies and obviously is restored to life.
Also, his Soul isnt free.
Spare the Dying and Flesh To Stone to the Sorcerer new stone.

How is soul not free to return? That's not a feature of disintegrate or finger of death. Both of them just kill the body.
Nobody is speaking of restoring the creature to life. Wizarsds are however though the Clone spell creating a whole new creature with the exact same capabilities of the late one, able to host its soul when the wizards die. Even True Resurrection or Wish won't be able to resurrect him since there would be no soul, but neither Disintegrate nor Finger of Death (which creates a zombie out of the body, nothing to do with souls anyway) blocks Clone, which doesn't restore anything to life but creates a CLONE.
