So question about Stealth, if he is onstage giving a speech, even telepathically, how stealthy can he realistically be? I suppose he could be telepathically giving his speech from his closet, but that seems silly.

Probably because he's having too much beer while talking people in bars 😉

SK: [slurring heavily) Yuh know.. I'm the Sorceraa King (checks watch nervously).. I live in that there closet (checks watch again nervously)
Random stranger in bar: Umm yeah... so? Who are all those guys behind you who look just like you?
SK: They're my hic Simulaci...er...um. Hey... you havent seen a Brass Dragonborn-thingimy Cleric around here have you?
Random Stranger: No, wh..
SK: (Checking watch) Crap its time! (Casts Mind Blank, again). Whew, that waz close.
RS: Leave me alone please. What's your name anyway?
SK: WHY DO U WANT TO KNOW!
RS: Calm down, it was just a question.
(Some Paladins of Bahamut enter the bar)
SK: (Looking around nervously) I have to get back to my closet. YOU NEVER SAW ME!
RS: Umm yeah, OK, whatever. Weirdo.

Seeing as you cant hide from someone that can see you clearly, not at all.

Anyway, Stealth is out because it requires 'DM fiat' like my Divine Intervention request for a Gate spell (which is automatically successful and breaches even an AMF because its coming from a Deity) requires 'DM fiat'.

Wish is apparently OK though for some reason as is his (LE) Fallen Aasimar convincing some LG Solars he Planar Allied in to help him in his quest to stay in the closet.

Maybe the Angels mistook his request to help him stay in the closet as an offer of conversion therapy or something. Anyways, whatever they thought, they agreed to help him stay there, and there he shall remain.

Ah screw it, the assassin probably cannot one shot the sorcerer, because "Plot", however he can one shot the MMD , call it a warning to make sure you pay your protection money, or else.

Edit:
Even if she does not die, sprouting a crossbow bolt in the middle of one of his rallies will be message enough.

A Diviner (foretelling roll of 1, 1, 20) with magic jar one shots him.

Just scry and then gate in in one of his infinite minions, dominate it (saving throw result = 1) to take you to his closet carrying the jar (concealed on its body somewhere) and then when you're 100' away, bam, magic jar him with a saving throw result of 1.

Kill yourself, and return to the jar or your own body (with a save result of 20).

I know, I just want to make his life even more miserable and pathetic than it already is, let him know there are other opponents out there just as dangerous as wizards.

After jarring him, you don't have to kill yourself.

You could simply remain in his body, and hide the magic jar (containing his 'perfectly aware of everything around him but unable to actually do anything or take any actions' soul) via sequester:

Sequester:

By means of this spell, a willing creature or an object can be hidden away, safe from detection for the Duration. When you cast the spell and touch the target, it becomes Invisible and can't be targeted by Divination Spells or perceived through Scrying sensors created by the Divination of Spells.

Magic Jar:

You can attempt to possess any Humanoid within 100 feet of you that you can see. The target must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, your soul moves into the target's body, and the target's soul becomes trapped in the container... the possessed creature's soul can perceive from the container using its own Senses, but it can't move or take Actions at all.
-----
Basically, he's now stuck in an invisible and undetectable object and can perceive out, but cant communicate or take any actions (presumably he cant close his eyes or block his ears, because he lacks both now).

From there just dump the magic jar in a sound proof lead lined box lit by a continual flame containing the Jar, and a choir of Homunculi playing bagpipes (poorly), or with constant re-runs of the Twilight trilogy on DVD via a permanent image in there. Keep the box in a demiplane.

Cast clone.

Hunt down any clones he may have wished for, and destroy them.

He cant die (until you do) and is stuck in a living hell until that happens, and he finally gets the sweet release of death and you awaken in your Clone.

Its good to be the Wizard.

Alfred: "So, that's how he happened to hate Wizards..."
DMM's Simulacrum's Simulacrum: "Yes Master, he has been giving heinous speeches and randomly killing Level 3 writers by calling them Wizards."
Alfred: "He's definitely weird. How could the real Eilirilia accept to lend him a hand in his Simulacrum attempt?"
DMMSS: "She didn't, Master, he Wished for a familiar a few days before and he got a spider, who just stood on the ceiling waiting for the DMM to pass behind, while he was in the Border Ethereal. Then he stopped the spell, Wished for a Simulacrum and had the spider fall on Eilirilia to deliver the touch spell by proxy. The familiar died on the fall damage but it was after the reaction happened. Then they both planeshift away before anyone could react."
Alfred: "I see... So you have been living an awful life for 20 years since?"
DMMSS: "Yes, Master"
Alfred: "OK, it's time to release you from your suffering. Do you still have useful spells?"
DMMSS: "Yes, Master, I have my full complement. The usual assassination tactic required me to take no action whatsoever."
Alfred: "Interesting. I'll wait before remaking 433. When is the Lazy One supposed to make his next hate speech?"
DMMSS: "Tomorrow, at Upper Foggy's bar, the Roaring Lion, at 8pm".
Alfred: "Let's take a long rest, then."

On the day of the apparition, planeshifting away back to Alfred's secluded grove (he wouldn't risk any damage to his cottage), he casts a symbol of insanity, then the DMMSS casts Gate, being fully aware of who the Lazy One is, to pull him just on top of the Symbol. While the DMMSS stood outside the symbol's area of effect, Alfred could afford to stay inside, as he'd use his Convergent Future to ensure a failure of the Lazy One DC. Theoretically, he could miss the DC19 INT check, though with +11 and advantage (Fortune's Favor) the odds are low... in which case the DMMSS was instructed to cast an 8th level Dispel Magic on him on the next turn.

For the next nine rounds, Alfred would then manacle and gag the Lazy One, remove its components and possessions, Wish for an Instant Symbol to ensure 10 rounds of tranquillity in case he missed the save on the first, this time staying outside, then, once he won't be Ia threat, proceed to Imprison the Lazy One with no chance of failure, with its -4 to Wis saving throws against DC19 ("so much for not being able to fail mental saves", thought Alfred) using the Minimus containment option, trapping him forever into a one-inch high gem. On the next day, de'd then cast Demiplane to create a random demiplane and throw the gem inside, while saying "stay in your closet forever and say you won all you want..." Then proceed to create 433 and get back to his Foggy Bottom's cottage. He'd remember to buy a box of chocolate for Eilirilia and get an Amazon to deliver it to her.

So ended the threat of the Lazy One, revealed to all by his own Simulacrum spell, and forever removed from the world in a way fitting with his previous (un)observed behaviour.

Kudos to Flamestrike for the idea to create homunculi to play the bagpipe badly forever, it would be a nice addition to this demiplane...Though having them simply sing :

"You can't go ! You can't go !
So you wanted to be a sorceror?
You can't go! You can't go!
Wizards forever locked the door!"

24h hours a day, forever, would be a suiting fate. I hope the ladies of the Reader's Club will feel suitably avenged for the 3-days demise of Binky.

Edit: My guess is that the next iteration of the Demigod won't have a DMM Simulacrum.

Well, this current serial killer build seems to at least be an interesting adventure hook for a midlevel party if he does go through with his Wizard killing spree. They could be hired by the clone of a Wizard he killed, who won't take care of it himself because he is unwilling to return from whatever demiplane he's holed up in until his next clone matures.
