Um. I don't see how that would help against a Glyph of Warding with a range greater than his reach, do you?The claim he made was that with Skill Empowerment, Trance of Order and Guidance, his Investigation was so high he would be able to detect and avoid all traps (and also disarm them).
Not to mention there's some ... difference of opinion as to how many rolls it takes to find, figure out, and disarm a trap. The person I trust most on that here (whom I won't tag in because they don't need this crap) says three, but they also say they allow people to frame their actions so they can bypass those rolls (at least sometimes): Perception to notice something's weird; Investigation to figure out what it is; Thieves' Tools (or something similar) to actually disarm it.
Also, spamming Guidance that way isn't going to be as instantaneous as he seems to think it is. Also, also, none of that will help if someone else is going against his passive checks.
