I see. Apparently the worst of her remarks were from last year. However, the remarks that people call transphobic are a bit of a stretch in my view. She responded to the fact that people suddenly started adding their preferred pronouns on social media with "beep/bop/boop". It's pretty clear this was ignorance, not transphobia.

But her remarks about the election being stolen, and comparing her political views to what happened to the Jews during WWII, I have no tolerance for that. Especially considering what it all lead to. She also said Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself... which well... I'm not prone to conspiracy thinking, but that death was the most suspicious and convenient death ever. So I don't find that a controversial thing to say at all. Still, probably something you should keep to yourself if you're in the spotlight.

It is pretty short sighted of her, given the fact that she really wanted to leave MMA and break into show business. Her role on The Mandalorian was a dream come true. What a way to ruin all that good will.

Of course! I liked Cassian. I wonder if K-2S0 will be in the show as well.

EDIT: Apparently not right away. From Wookieepedia: "Although Alan Tudyk was initially announced to play K-2SO in the series, he later clarified in January of 2021 that while production was underway, he was not going to appear in the first season. He did, however, expect to be brought into the fold in later seasons."

You want to be very careful making comments about the holocaust and related topics in Hollywood, and even more-so when your working for Lucasfilm and Disney (the latter of which has been trying to distance itself from allegations and rumors of Walts supposed antisemitism and racially stereotyped earlier films for decades).

She didnt go full Mel Gibson, but sheesh. She shoulda known better.

Yeah. He was the Rebel agent who had racked up a fair few Dark Side Points via the odd cold blooded murder here or there.

Had a redemption arc in the film.
