Spelljammer The Forgotten Realms eats Spelljammer before it even finishes digesting Radiant Citadel!

Planescape = Forgotten Realms

There is a planet, Toril, and the other planes of being that relate to it are the multiverse.

Forgotten Realms is the Borg setting.

It assimilates every setting. Even Eberron!

Resistance is futile.
Planescape and the Forgotten Realms are not the same thing. Eberron is doing fine on it's own, it's as connected to everything else as the DM wants it to be.

Regarding Eberron, the Forgotten Realms borg created the absurdity where:

The Forgotten Realms gods officially factually exist according to 5e Eberron.

But the Eberron gods might not.

Forgotten Realms completely destroyed one of the most important concepts of the Eberron setting.

Not at all. Eberron is separate from that, and gods from other settings can't get to Eberron.

So that's not an absurdity at all.

Forgotten Realms gods are in Planescape.

Planescape is part of Forgotten Realms.

Forgotten Realms is part of Planescape.

Forgotten Realms = Planescape.

I am super sick of the D&D gods.

That's the equivalent of saying Dragonlance, Greyhawk, Ravenloft, and Darksun are Forgotten Realms too, cause they are all connected through Planescape and Spelljammer as well. (Except Ravenloft which has it's mists that can appear anywhere.)

Don't use the gods in your games then, but they are part of the various D&D settings and will continue to be used in products. Why are you sick of them, they have not been used that much in 5e outside of Frostmaiden.

It's more of a "why are FR Gods even mentioned in other game worlds?", I would think. Why do we have FR elements creeping into other settings?

I mean, if, say, Krynn, which has it's own pantheon, and outsider deities are just that, wouldn't it be weird if a Dragonlance book started talking about Tyr, Torm, or Pelor?

The only mention is when it's talking about Eberron's relationship to the rest of the Multiverse and how it's pretty much cut off. It also does not mention FR Gods, It mentions Gruumsh, Corellon, and Lolth, who are generic D&D Deities from multiple settings. And all it's saying is that they have no influence in Eberron. But you could do a story with an interloper.
