it depends... my 6th level bladesinger can call a26 AC, and if he attacks me 3 times it will hurt (he almost for sure will hit me 1 out of 3 tries) but he ain't dropping me without a crit.
my 9th level armor artificer can't call a 26 but walks around with a 21 or 22 and can't be crit, and if he hit me with all 3 attacks he would need to do above average to drop me.
Or one failed DC 19 con save. :)

I doubt either of those PCs has 100 hit points, and that Bladesinger probably dies whether he makes the save or not.

Wait: Can Soth straight up Pinball between people and like Hockey check them to the ground in like one movement action?
Not exactly, but sort of.

As a legendary action he can move without provoking and hockey check PCs to the ground. He gets 30ft of movement for that legendary action and anyone within 5ft must make a DC20 STR save or be knocked prone. He can literally run rings around PCs, giving them save after save after save.

If he's as dangerous as you say (and I still don't agree), then why is he statted in the adventure at all? From what you're claiming, he would just kill the party straight up, and would have no reason to do otherwise if they come after him. If that's not the intention, why provide the statblock?
Because people want a statblock for Soth. That seems obvious to me.

One cause DMs might want to use him in the future. Two in case the party mess up and have to legit fight him instead of using the Magic Item that will take him out of the fight.

It's not strictly RAW, but I would be inclined to rule that it's not possible to bladedance whilst prone.

A 10th level Bladesinger with a CON of 14 should have around 62 hp, so they might just survive if they save.
