I don't think that's what he said. I'm curious what makes you think that's what was meant by the statements he made?
Here is the section of the transcript. The tone of his voice at the end becomes more serious so you’ll have to listen and judge for your self. But all of those consequences, to me, mean that the employee is in trouble.

so and so violating that is violating that now it matters a lot if somebody comes in and tells me and I take that strongly into account and I would be much more inclined towards a recovery program with a person like that than an exit program because yeah they're showing Integrity by coming in and telling me if they don't tell me and I find out about it they violated the terms of their employment and sure that has consequences I mean that's it's the

Just note. I dint think Kyle is a bad guy for this. He is also in a hard place. This whole thing put a lot of people in a pinch.

And it is a comment in the middle of this debacle on an interview.

The think what he is saying though is: come forward and be honest and we might be able to work with you. Which is good. Finding out from someone else is not good!

“work with you” being an “recovery strategy”

That’s bad.

Not coming forward and being found out is the “or else”

Exactly what I said.

My point was about if it was true, why are we only heating about it now. The question has come up a bunch of times.
If you don't see how it can honestly happen, I can't help. He could be hiding something, but to what end. And if so, why mention it in one of your first interviews when it could have been aired immediately and everyone would know you said it. The timing of when we got to know it is not on Kyle, but Bob.

It seems to me, that your really stretching to make this point. The whole thing could be a farce, but I don't think this issues is anywhere close to a smoking gun you seem to want to make it. As with all things, we bring our own experiences and biases to our interpretation of things. I am sure this is what your doing, as it is what I am doing. My experience and biases tells me there are perfectly reasonable explanations along with potential nefarious ones, and I have no evidence to believe or the other except my experience which guides.
