Corporations are fictional entities, not real entities. It's PEOPLE, not a faceless machine. We know their names, see their faces, hear them talk about it, they have families. So I ask again, do you hold these people to a different standard than you hold yourself?

But let's say you don't trust corporations. OK, so you trust them now exactly as much as you trusted the before this, right?

Oh, I see, this was your stances BEFORE all this happened:

Got it. So...you were just trolling this thread because you had already concluded 5e new players lack intelligence and 5e was already the last straw for you. Again, that's before OneD&D. Understood.
As I said most of them are, and this was about them redoing D&D yet again, and has no bearing on my statement about the corporation being untrusting, but does seem like it hurt your feelings do you consider yourself one of the bulk because you must? Yes was my stance before this and guess what I was correct in not trusting them, they don't care and if you believe they will not try this again in some other way then you're in the bulk.

You're demanding he treat a not-person at the same standard as he, a person. Largely by trying to personify the not-person using its constituent people as props.
I'm demanding? What is it you think I said? Here, I will repeat the sentence you just mischaracterized as a demand, " It's fair to ask if that makes sense."

Again, the guy is an avowed WOTC hater, and 5e hater, and thinks new players to 5e all lack intelligence. And that's all from before any of this happened. I think the question I am asking, WHICH IS A QUESTION AND NOT A DEMAND, is a fair one to discuss. And I should be able to ask that question for discussion without you mischaracterizing what I am saying.

So you want to discuss it or are you just looking to pick a fight?

you keep repeating this, but it does not get any more true through repetition… they did much more than think about it. They acted. That their actions fell flat is not something they get credit for, the same way a bankrobber that gets thwarted by a security guard cannot claim he didn’t actually do anything.

I still don’t get the bank robber metaphor, I just find it hard to see WotC/Hasbro as anything other than the Bank. Banks don’t need to break the law to steal from people, they send out contracts that work in their favour.

Don't take it too literal, the point was they did more than think about it, just like the bankrobber in my metaphor

"Thinking about it." goes about as far as there being meetings, emails, discussion, that is all contained within the ivory tower of Wizards.

Once its 'out there' its beyond the point of thinking about it.
