You would hope it is, that just keeps the narrative tight. Adding more villains to the pot just spreads everything out, but letting Gideon continue to be the BBEG keeps everything focused and tight.

I could see them adding Thrawn into the mix - he's been mentioned before. I would hope that they'd save any further developments involving him until the Ahsoka series, but after what they did in The Book of Boba Fett there's no guarantee that they won't get ahead of themselves again.

True but the Emperor is possibly vack st this point in time along with Thrawn. Either one could be pulling Gideons strings.

This. I think we will get more Thrawn nods in season 3.

The TIE fighters to me were kind of a hint as he was involved in pushing for better TIEs in both legends and Disney canon. And tgey explicitly called out TIE Interceptors were better.

Well snoke showing yp eventually would Mae some amount of sense.

They're looking for force sensitive DNA. Pershing kinda explained it and Snoke was created by strandcasting.

What ones exactly? Emperor returning via cloning was done in legends but was executed better.

Hin returning via cloning also makes sense in universe.

That's what I was referencing it's executed poorly and a lot of other things are crap in RoS.

We all know why they brought the Emperor back lack of an effective villain.
