Maybe we should price everything - that way you don't need to roll, unless two people ask for the same thing and already have the same wealth claimed. For example, two items above are the strongest and why wouldn't be all roll? But if we price them, you can adjust your treasure and choose something else.

I'm picking fey bane weapon and will roll for human bane dagger against Falen, Akos thinks they should be destroyed, I, as a player, accept the loss, I'm open so you can find in-game reason to keep them. Rapier can one-shot Akos :) it is not a good weapon.

Also, I'm traveling for Easter and will not post after this (maybe I get a quick post tomorrow)

I can go through and do that if that's what you guys want. I'll redo the treasure list in a spreadsheet some time on the weekend (or maybe tomorrow).

I think Akos getting the fey bane weapon would be something the PCs would all agree upon. I'll let you and @Aust Thale roleplay the dice roll results for the humanbane dagger of venom. ;)

I think this is fairer than rolling for top 3 items and having all 3 go to the same person simply because he got the high roll. Rolling should be reserved for when in-game agreement cannot be reached. I cannot imagine a group that doesn't agree on the distribution FIRST and rolls only if two characters have valid reasons for it.

Ring +4 costs as much as weapon +4, I don't know about the boots with good type bonus on saves, but I think it will be fairly straightforward.
I'd take ring +2 if it is agreeable to everyone (actually, I'll review the item list over the weekend and post my preference on Monday)

New treasure list with values and estimated shares per PC.
EDIT: Updated with correct value for spellbook.

RE-EDIT: Ignore the gp, sp, cp values beside the Total Treasure Value.

I still need to figure out how much Silagord's spellbook is worth with the spells in it. That is the one key item that is not valued yet.
EDIT: Value to sell Silagord's spellbook: 2,650 gp

There is also no value for the set of skeleton keys.

I rolled randomly for the values of the three gems noted in the previous treasure summary.
