Sometimes I worry that I'm barely a character at all. A lot of times I feel more like the camera, or the typewriter...I'm just here to record stuff, make sure it gets written down, don't mind me, I'll be out of your way in a minute.

I'm pretty sure I'm mostly just the canned laughter track.

Extremely curious what effect a writer's strike would have on a Stranger Than Fiction-type scenario.

Does literally nothing interesting happen to you? Just dull day after dull day of the same boring routine? Or do you like... slip into a coma.
